The units have a beautiful balcony for enjoying sunset views. The check-in was easy and the check-out process was smooth. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The location is very close to the city center and near the Puerta del Sol metro station and various bars.

I had an exceptional stay at a charming hostel in the heart of the city. The staff was super friendly and provided me with all the necessary information for a great visit. The room was surprisingly spacious and much better than the photos online. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from beautiful scenic views. Despite being in a lively district, the noise from the street was easily muffled by closing the shutters on the balcony. The room was basic but very clean, exactly what I needed for my stay. The hostel was close to all the main sites, as well as numerous restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect base to explore the city.
Although the beds were a bit small and firm, it didn't affect my overall comfort too much. Additionally, the bathroom had some inconsistencies, with one having poor water pressure while another had an excellent shower.
